All massage services are by appointment only and require advance payment or a credit/debit card to secure your appointment. Same day appointments require full payment at time of booking to secure your appointment. Same day appointments will be charged the full scheduled service fee if appointment is not kept. In our desire to be effective and fair, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours will result in your credit/debit card being charged "Full Session Price". This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Fees are non-refundable and have no cash value for future appointments.
24 hour notice = no charge
12 to 23 hour notice = $25 fee ($35 for 90 min. session)
Less than 12 hours = full session price
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us. If you are running late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients who have appointments after you. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment based upon how delayed you will be. Regardless of the length of the actual treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session price. Out of respect to your therapist and other clients, please be on time.
